You'll love spending time on the large front porch, or the beautiful private backyard deck. The inside is bright & clean, warm & cozy. Near U of U, 9th & 9th, 15th & 15th, Sugarhouse & Trax. 30 minute drive to ski resorts, even closer to hiking trails & canyons. Very close to lots of local shops, restaurants, coffee & grocery.

Sunny, clean, cozy garden cottage with private entrance in the backyard of my home, with a garden view and its own small patio. The space is small, 300 sq. ft. (microstudio), but very efficient. The studio has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc., so you can cook meals. It has a mini fridge, electric teakettle, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and single electric stove burner.

Our kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove top, and coffee maker. We do not have an oven. This is the place studio is ready to make you feel right at home in Salt Lake!

Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.
