You'll have a great time at this newly renovated place that is 5-10 minutes to everything in San Diego and has easy freeway access! We also provide free parking and have a big front yard for any fun summer activities. We are 5-10 mins from Gaslamp, Balboa Park, Little Italy, Zoo, North Park & South Park. We are 4 mins from In-N-Out, Chick Fil A, Chipotle & our local food hub called Market on 8th.

If there a pet is present in the apartment, then there will be a $100 penalty.
