Centrally located home, close to all, ONLY 10 MINUTES TO THE MARINA AND THE NEW GAYLOR RESORT/ CONVENTION CENTER OPENING ON MAY 15, 2025. 2.5 miles from the beach, 15 minutes from downtown San Diego. Within walking distance to restaurants, park, grocery store, & restaurants. The house feels very comfortable with warm colors with all the essentials to make you feel at home. If there a pet is present in the apartment, then there will be a $100 penalty.

Newly custom remodeled home that we almost moved in ourselves! We are close to some great breweries and restaurants on Third ave, and 10 minutes from San Diego proper. Enjoy being close to everything you want to be close to, but far enough to feel the quiet. Our home is in a family friendly area that we also live in, and suitable for 2 people all the way up to 8 if you want to cram in (there is only one bathroom). The yard is private and nice.
