The Music Inn - Entire Private Guest Suite

The Music Inn is a former recording studio and now features our new Pool, Putting Green, Bocce Court and Year Round Hot Tub. We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Connect with nature at this unforgettable escape in Nashville's backyard. This treehouse is nestled in a Tennessee hardwood forest in a hollow. Close to the city, but away from it all, it's a perfect place to retreat from normal life. This isn't a tree fort. It's a tiny house with a loft in the trees over a trickling spring fed creek. It's private with all windows facing the forest. All the fun of being a kid w/ comforts of home like toilet, ac, electric fireplace, heater & 3 season hot shower.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. Carriage House at Timber Ridge!

Nestled in the middle of nine wooded acres, This BRAND NEW carriage house has soaring cathedral ceilings with architectural beams, a slate-surround wood burning fireplace, and a 65” smart tv. The kitchen features stainless appliances and butcher block counters. One bedroom features a king bed, while the other has a gorgeous queen sleigh bed. The deck in the rear of the house allows for beautiful views of the forest. And the fire pit area is sure to be a hit with your group. Fiber Internet!

Romantic Smokehouse cottage in a historic setting

Enjoy The Smokeouse, our new addition to the Pasquo "Quottage," in West Nashville, only 20 minutes from city center and 20 minutes from downtown Franklin. We renovated this room and added a bathroom off of a 200+year old smokehouse. The Smokehouse deck connects to a walkway and porch for our AirBNB Plus rated "Quottage" which offers accommodations for two, a private bathroom, living space, and small kitchen. Enjoy a short hike to the spring-fed stream on the property. 35 minutes to downtown Nashville. Cal-King Premium Nectar Mattress, and 2 full sized floor mattresses. Enjoy nature as you sit around the fire pit or play horseshoes, creating a relaxing getaway with the beauty Tennessee has to offer! Dogs are welcome (50lb limit, max of 2).

Listen to the rushing water and the bamboo whispering in the breeze, take in a sunset, or wade in the creek below. We hope you’ll enjoy this unique covered bridge conversion, expanding from bank to bank with a 50-foot front deck. Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.
