This lovely beachside home located in the heart of the trendy west end is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Steps to ocean, boardwalk, bars, shops & restaurants. The space is open with lots of natural light. Comes w/highspeed internet, 50" smart TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Private backyard has cozy seating, firepit & shower. Welcome to our hip studio apartment located on the first floor of our beach bungalow in beautiful Long Beach by the sea. In just a few steps to the ocean, you can enjoy complimentary beach passes (required from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The studio has a private entrance. It is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, couch and smart TV (with Netflix), kitchen, bathroom, and dining table. The neighborhood is residential. Close to restaurants, grocery store and boardwalk! The apartment is situated just 2 blocks from the Long Island Rail Road, 4 blocks from the beach, and is located on the upper floor of a historic 1920s Mediterranean style home. During beach season, two beach passes are provided to guests to enjoy Long Beach. Swim, surf, or just enjoy 2.2 miles of boardwalk. Walk to Starbucks, Stop & Shop, dozens of restaurants and bars, a Saturday farmer's market, and much more.

Modern 2 bedroom — recently renovated in New York

Modern newly renovated beautiful 2-bedroom home with a private entrance and a private backyard. No shared space with host. House is only 8 mins drive to the gorgeous long beach and 2 mins walk to the Oceanside LIRR train station, which goes directly to Manhattan. Several restaurants and fun places nearby. Home was recently renovated, and is in fresh condition. You would have all the privacy you need. Master bedroom is big. Air mattress and crib are available upon request.

True 5 star two bedroom rental. Newly renovated and professionally designed. Stunning ocean views from private second floor deck. You have your own barbecue and fully furnished outdoor space so you can enjoy the your stay on your terms. You are just a walk to the bars and restaurants of the West End. No car required! Walk or catch the bus from the train. Only 700 feet from the ocean. Due to allergies in the home we are unable to host any animals.

Beach, Dining and Relaxation in one spot!

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
