Had the best time here 2 weeks well spent the host was proactive and the amenities enlisted as well where all present. Great location the serenity is second to none.

One of the best places i have stayed in, the host was amazing

The placel provided a comfortable and memorable stay. It was well-maintained and offered everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The host's hospitality was exceptional, contributing to a truly positive experience. He was always responsive and helpful. The location was convenient and offered easy access to nearby attractions in Abj. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a wonderful vacation spot.

Overall, I highly recommend this rental for its location, amenities, modern conveniences, and responsive host. We would definitely consider staying here again. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, making our stay very convenient. The property was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, which made it feel like a home away from home. Even though we arrived at 1 am, Nonso was easily accessible and provided answers to all my questions promptly. One minor issue was that, despite our late arrival at 1 am, a quick touch-up cleaning was required. However, this was a small inconvenience and did not significantly impact our stay.

It's an awesome place in a good environment. The host is very kind too. Except for the occasional barking from nearby houses, the area is very quiet. All the essentials are available to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is built as a separate unit from the main building which is separated by its own gate. It's self-cleaning and you have to take the trash out by yourself, but that's part of why it feels just like home. You get maximum privacy here. The host didn't come in throughout the period of my stay. I had a bit of trouble locating the place but that's easy enough for the host to fix. The address is 108, 3rd Avenue, Efab City Estate, Lifecamp. If you use Bolt to move around, use 106 3rd Avenue on the Bolt app. There's ample parking space if you're coming with your own car too.

Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful, spacious and was super clean. Well cared for and maintained. I could tell the management puts thought into the people staying. The kitchen was stocked and user friendly. Toilet paper, shower gel, toothpaste, towels, and water were provided. Stanley was super responsive within a small time of us messaging. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay or to put family and friends there. My biggest things when staying somewhere in Nigeria are: Mattresses -many places have brick hard mattresses that are impossible to sleep on. The mattresses at this house were SUPER comfortable! Electricity – the house has an inverter! So when lights go off, there’s still electricity. The inverter doesn’t cover air conditioning and the hot water heater. The generator covers those and works for 7 hours on, 5 hours off. Safety and sound – was quiet and felt safe in the neighborhood within the gate. Cleanliness – very clean Service – Great timely response!

It was a great stay, and I wish I had not procrastinated. It looked like the pictures, and we didn't want to leave. We felt safe and the host was very responsive. Kenneth the house manager was very helpful while making sure that we had our privacy. The pool is one of the best private ones in Abuja. The house had everything we needed. We will certainly look to stay here again.

This was an excellent place to stay. The host was responsive to text messages before we checked in. The property manager was always available to answer any questions we might have or help with whatever we might need. We will definitely be staying here again when next we are in Abuja. Dinah was a great host. Always available on call and responsive, she and her staff made our stay comfortable and their house was clean and highly secure. The presence of policemen securing the gate made my team feel safe.

Calistus was helpful during my stay, he responds really quick, I enjoyed my stay.

Great apartment, it was a good choice I made to have booked the apartment, I was worried about electricity but there was no power shortage throughout my stay cause of standby inverter… Mr Justin was very responsive, always available if you need anything.. this isn’t a paid review and I stayed 13 good days and I never regretted an hour for choosing his apartment.. The environment is secured and the estate is soo clean. I will be booking again on my next visit to Abuja if available. The apartment is more beautiful than it appears in picture, be rest assured you’ll be enjoying your stay.

Tobi was a great host very friendly made sure I was well taken care of through my stay, the apartment is beautiful has everything I need to make my staywith the while, check in was easy, would definitely book with them again.
