In adiacenza all’ampia cucina c’è un terrazzo di 25 mq con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all’aperto, è comodo per 6 persone, anche adulte. La villa è circondata da un giardino (con parcheggio privato all'interno); nel giardino c’è una piscina con possibilità di stare all'aperto in relax. Per la pulizia, uno dei punti forti di questa struttura, è stato studiato un sistema per disinfettare tutti gli ambienti ad ogni check-in.
