A little cabin on our property in Hither Woods. A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

Just a short walk to a quiet bay beach with the most unbelievable sunsets! This charming two bedroom house also boasts a quaint basement gym with a treadmill, Climber, Peloton and Pilates reformer to feel great during your stay. The private fenced in backyard is wonderful for social gatherings with a picnic table and grill to host friends. The outdoor shower on bluestone is a delightful (seasonal) experience. Your private beach access is a 3 minute walk. You will NEVER see a sunset like this one

Comfortable, bright, clean bedrooms with a simple chic aesthetic. Fully equipped kitchen and living space with a unique modern cabin vibe. Side porch provides great post surf/hike hang out space. 12’ picnic table for outdoor dining. Indoor dining also available. Fireplace great for cozy nights in (must be attended at all times) Well behaved pets welcome. Steps away from Solé east and Ruschmeyers, short drive to town & beaches. I’m happy to make recs to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Amagansett walk-to-the-bay Beach House

(Summer we do weekly minimums -- please inquire before booking!) Escape to this idyllic Amagansett cottage with views of the peaceful Napeague Bay Fresh Pond estuary. Bordering a reserve out the backyard, our perfectly quiet home is in a world unto itself away from Hamptons traffic. Cozy fireplace, sunlit rooms, and an outdoor 2-person soaking tub under the stars. Sunrise over Montauk, cycle 10-min to town (or 15 to an ocean beach), wooded trails beginning at your door, paddle on the open bay.

Our well-appointed home, also cherished by us, the owners, is thoughtfully stocked to ensure a comfortable stay. Grille, dine on the back porch, surrounded by tree-lined privacy, or cook in the nicely equipped kitchen. The Lobster Roll, and Goldberg's Bagels are a walk or bike away. Located 8-minutes between Amagansett and Montauk.

Oasis pool and landscaping makes it feel like your on a private island. Sunroom with smart TV over looking oasis back yard. Decks in the back yard with lounge chairs and 2 patio dining tables. Front deck with lounge chairs. Outdoor gym located in the corner of the yard. Paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels provided. Walk to EHP Resort (SiSi Restaurant), and Harbor Bistro featured on Delicious Destinations. Paddle Diva paddle board/kayak rentals also nearby.

Kick back and relax in this calm, light filled home in Lionshead’s Private Beach Community. Paddle right out off your backyard. Enjoy organic garden vegetables, feed the swans. Kayac into the sunsets or sit by a gorgeous fireplace.This is a NO SMOKING , no vaping and no party home. If you are intending to travel with your dog please let us know prior to your arrival and ask for permission. We are very dog friendly but would love to know what kind of dog and will decide ASAP

Charming Bungalow on the Bay

This newly remodeled 1960’s bungalow is the perfect getaway for couples and families alike. Located right on Gardiner’s Bay, there’s a gorgeous view of the water from the large windows and front porch. From the front steps you can follow the 300 yard path to your own private beach where you can wade, swim, snorkel, paddleboard, or just enjoy the amazing view and salt air.
