Tiny Cottage in Hither Woods, Montauk

A little cabin on our property in Hither Woods. A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

Montauk Private Beach Bungalow

Beautiful secluded cottage tucked away at the end of cul-de-sac and surrounded by a nature preserve. Montauk’s finest waterfront dining and bars are less than a mile. The house has a large living room with a fireplace, king bed in one and a full bed with a twin bunk in the other, a full bath, and an eat-in kitchen with dining for 6. There is a large very private patio with a grill, dining table and lounge area. The private beach is stunning and a 3 minute walk from the house. Pets are welcome.

White Beach House- summer 2026 open!

This clean, bright, and airy cottage offers a serene escape with stunning views of Napeague Harbor. Just a short walk away lies one of the most beautiful ocean beaches The home feature- 3 comfortable bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower Inside, The cottage is well-appointed and designed. While the train from Amagansett to Montauk does pass behind the house, it does not obstruct the tranquil bay views. Please note: Due to health concerns, we are unable to accommodate animals.

Please note there is no kitchen, however a small fridge, Keurig coffeemaker and microwave, plates/utensils are provided. Conveniently located to beaches, shopping and local restaurants in East Hampton.

This private, two-cottage property contains a few of the last remaining original fisherman cottages at Hither Hills built in the 1940s. Set on a lush, private knoll - South of the Highway - Sea Roost boasts mature landscaping and is located steps to Montauk's quiet and secluded Hither Hills Beach. This newly remodeled 1960’s bungalow is the perfect getaway for couples and families alike. Located right on Gardiner’s Bay, there’s a gorgeous view of the water from the large windows and front porch. From the front steps you can follow the 300 yard path to your own private beach where you can wade, swim, snorkel, paddleboard, or just enjoy the amazing view and salt air. Private Cozy Cottage with Pool / Private Beach

**POOL CLOSES SEPTEMBER 30TH** **POOL opens last week of May** This is a guest house for 1 or 2 adults. Its separate from the main house. Kids are allowed but must bring own sleeping arrangements. You do NOT have to do any chores before checking out. **PETS NOT ALLOWED** I hate to do this but someone ruined it for everyone. Max Occupancy: 4 Guests can only bring 1 vehicle since there is not enough room in the driveway

Looking for a relaxing weekend to recharge on the beach? Then this newly renovated, bohemian-chic, apartment is perfect for you. Imagine waking up every morning to beautiful unobstructed ocean views and ending your night with a drink in hand watching the sunset. If you’re lucky, you might see some whales or dolphins breaching in the water right off our private beach. We would love to host you for your Montauk beach getaway.

From your front door, you can book a charter, grab a bowl of Westlake Fish House’s famous clam chowder, or walk to Gosman’s for a sundae and a sunset. Inside enjoy heated floors, plush beds, and a fully-equipped kitchen, making this a perfect place to land after all the Montauk fun.
