Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

After parking on the property, access through a private garden gate. Pass over the patio to enter the studio apartment. Stepping down to enter the homey space you’ll enjoy acomfortable queen sized bed, walk in closet, private bathroom, and kitchen. Empty drawers greet you in the dressers . San Francisco is 30 miles by car, an hour by ferry or bus; Napa, 15 miles away. A great way to see the sites; allowing you prepare some light meals between savoring the local cuisines. There is no stove/oven due to zoning/licensing so the cottage has a microwave, small air fryer, toaster and bbq.
