I have been coming to MV since I was a kid and this place is just awesome- might be my favorite stay on the island! From the location to the amount of space the rental has to offer it’s just top notch. This is our second time staying at Todd’s house and we can’t wait to come back for a 3rd visit! House is tidy, no clutter and has all the essentials one would need. About a 10 min drive to south beach where we spent most of our vacation. The restaurant/bar and shopping scene is true perfection. Thanks for hosting us for year 2, Todd!

Absolutely beautiful cottage and location! We had an amazing weekend and the house was immaculate. Vito and Kerry were super responsive and helpful throughout the trip. I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay on Chappy!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Tim's place. The home was spacious, clean, and we felt at home when we walked in the door. We spent every evening in the screened in room discussing our outing from the day and deciding what time we needed to get up to go on our adventure the next day. I would highly recommend Tim's place and plan to share my trip with another group of friends and hopefully return for another visit.

Gorgeous property with its own private beach! The host was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The house is close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores / local markets. We had our dog with us and she loved going for walks and playing on the private beach. It’s also a short drive to South Cape Beach, which is gorgeous — amazing sunsets and trails to explore. We love Cape Cod and this winter trip did not disappoint!

Holly’s place was pleasant and peaceful and exactly as described. Less than 2 minute walk to lovely beach and ocean views from the house. Was perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely be renting there again!

My family and I had an amazing time at Steven’s cottage. Being walking distance to town and getting to walk through the gingerbread cottage camp association neighborhood everyday felt like home after the first day. We just left this morning and I’m missing it already. The AC kept the cottage cool during the warm days and the cottage had everything we needed for our stay. I’d go back in a heartbeat. And probably will be back in the fall! We brought bikes and could ride them everywhere. And being able to walk to the beach and ferry was a dream. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quirky charm and proximity to everything Oak Bluffs has to offer.

We had a great stay! It’s very serene and it’s just gorgeous. Very relaxing by the pool and the walking trail to the beach was very pretty. We’ll definitely be back!

Stewart made us feel right at home when we arrived, and so did his French Bulldog, Ollie. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. He had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay in Nantucket!

Our stay was great. Listing was as described. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. We had trouble getting the A/C units to work but may have just been us; we made do. Appreciated the free coffee amenities as well as bottle gifted to us by the host upon arrival. Right across the road from the water and a peaceful neighborhood. Overall a very nice stay.

My all-time favorite place to stay in Oak Bluffs and Adrienne is a phenomenal host. A 5 minute walk to Ocean Park and Circuit Avenue. No detail is left unattended. She is both proactive and responsive and her home is beautiful. On some days I had to balance the urge to relax in the peacefulness of her home with the urge to visit the beauty of the beach. I did both. But since the unit has a balcony, I also enjoyed the beachfront views and solitude. Adrienne has made at least two important upgrades that make her already lovely home even more attractive: 1) She added a seating nook in the living room’s bay window - two leather bar height chairs and a three-tier table overlooking the beach and Seaview Avenue; and 2) she replaced the two single beds in the first bedroom with two double beds which enables her to increase occupancy. Although I was traveling solo this visit, I do plan to visit again with friends. Book it and fall in love with it!

Really nice guest house on a beautiful piece of property with great views of the bay and Jaws bridge. The morning sunrises over the bay were especially notable. Also really easy access to edgartown on the bus route (which was our favorite part of MV) if you don’t bring a car. Great hosts as well, John was very responsive and was willing to let us drop our stuff off early when we thought we’d be there prior to check in. Definitely recommend this property if you’re going to MV and want some privacy away from the busier options in town.

This place is a dream! Our stay exceeded my expectations and Arthur is amazing. I wanted a relaxing and peaceful getaway week for my family after a very busy and trying year and this place delivered. As soon as you enter the street, you cannot help but feel calm and relaxed. The neighborhood itself is a picture post card full of warm and friendly people who somehow make you feel like you are an old friend and not a visitor. The house is amazing, comfortable, sweetly decorated and cozy from top to bottom -- and a quick 2-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute stroll to shops, restaurants, clubs and ferry. You cannot get a better location. We loved the house's spacious layout. The porch and dining room table were favorite places to lounge after a day at the beach. Comfortable bedrooms and nicely screened windows bring in all the sea breezes. And the kitchen (wow)has everything you need for a feast which we prepared a couple of nights -- and even used the grill. Def hope to return!

Rose was great She greeted us and show us around. When we had questions she responded quickly messages. Would definitely stay there again.

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.
