Wonderful stay! While cozy, the unit is larger and even more beautiful than it appears in the pictures. There was a lovely spot beneath the stairs for a pack and play for our baby (that isn’t shown in pictures). The unit was spotless and felt extremely clean. Having access to a washer and dryer was extremely helpful given the beach trips and having a baby. The best part was how walkable the apartment was from town. If you are new to the area it is absolutely worth spending extra (although Kate’s prices are quite reasonable!) to be a walkable distance from town. She had comfortable beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella available as well as beach towels. Kate was a fantastic host, responsive, and wonderful with our young daughter. We would 100% stay again!

We had a great time spending a weekend at Mary’s cottage! It is centrally located only ~30 min walk outside of town. We did not need a car and used the free island shuttle and ubers to get around. The house was very clean and was even more charming in person. Finally, Mary was very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely stay again!

We are a group of fishing buddies that have been coming to Chappy for many years and rented lots of places and Elaine’s home is far and away the best. From the awesome outside shower, beautiful bedrooms, high end kitchen and appliances everything one could want has been thought of.

Loved staying in this house! It's a very charming older house with incredible vibes, just an easy jaunt to Jetties. We will absolutely be trying to stay here in the future.

Our family of four (myself, wife, two kids - 8 and 12) had a great stay. Great location with an easy walk to town (just under a mile), or catch the bus stop less than a block away. One thing to note: some of the pictures make it look like it was a shared back yard; it no longer is. They installed a fence so it is now private with a hot tub and patio table. However, you will still hear the neighbors from the main house (ours were loud and obnoxious at times, but no fault of Heirloom).

Viktoriya’s place makes you feel right at home. It was the perfect place during Nantucket Stroll, being away from the congestion of downtown. Was a warm and cozy winter getaway!

My family stayed at Jill’s cottage for a long weekend in early spring. It was exactly as advertised, peaceful, and easy to walk into town. Jill was extremely responsive and helpful - she even gave us early check-in/check-out and answered questions when we had them. Recommend!

Taylor’s house was in a nice new neighborhood. The house was very tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet to sleep. The main living area was really spacious so we felt like we could relax without being on top of each other. We didn’t have our car with us so we just used Uber. It never took more than a few minutes to get one. The grocery store isn’t that far away so we were able to go grab a few things we needed. A fun place to go at night was Cisco brewing. They had a great Irish band on Saturday. We would definitely stay at this house again.

My friends and I stayed at Sasha's place in December. It was perfect! The place is immaculate and the decor is beautiful and cozy. This was the perfect spot for us to use as a homebase for our Nantucket girls' weekend. Sasha was warm and communicative and made the trip so special for us! We cannot wait to stay here again next year!

We loved our stay at Angela’s Nantucket home. Everything was squeaky clean and she was super responsive with our questions. Location was wonderful we walked to dinner and coffee and to town to shop. We would love to come back soon!!

We had another wonderful stay at Susan‘s! This is our second time staying at her place for the Nantucket Christmas stroll and we had another great experience. Susan’s apartment is beautiful, bright, spacious and private. It is walkable to Cisco brewery. The decor is beautiful and the accommodations very comfortable. Susan was very flexible with check-in and gave us lots of helpful local suggestions. I am sure we will stay there next time that we are in town for stroll. Thank you, Susan!

Irina is easy to communicate with. The place is very clean, just as described. Comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. Bathroom is very nice and clean. Location is very accessible to downtown by Uber, takes less than 10 min. Walking distance to downtown is about 1.5 miles and it is a safe and mostly paved walk. Area feels safe, a little loud as it is near the street and above the cafe but nothing that was really disturbing of sleep. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Moira’s place. Was so convenient being steps from the wave stop to get into town and when we had questions and a request for an iron and an early check in off a red eye Moira was extremely responsive and helpful! The place was well appointed and comfortably fit 4.

What a great spot! We did not have a car on island and found this to be an ideal central location. We could easily walk/bike to town, to Cisco brewery and mid-island restaurants, and biked to several beaches with our kids without issue. Loved coming back from the beach to hang at the beautiful pool in the afternoons and enjoyed the stunning, private outdoor space each evening. A real gem - we hope to be back!

We had a lovely off-season stay on Nantucket at Robert's clean and spacious place. We had a wonderful time. FYI-It didn't pose a problem for us, but there is no oven, rather, a hot plate. Definitely recommend!

We had a fabulous off season getaway to Nantucket. Marc's place was very clean and perfect for our needs. Very reasonable priced for the island and in close proximity to town via bike or car. Would certainly stay again!

This property is located conveniently, an easy walk to shops, restaurants, the harbor, etc. The place is comfortable and the bed was great. The parking place is a huge plus.

I enjoyed a comfortable stay at Johnathan’s Airbnb over the holidays! His place is very clean and is accurate depicted by the photos. I was able to hear a decent amount of noise from the family living above my unit, however that is likely to be expected in any Airbnb with a similar layout. Overall I enjoyed a great stay.

I’ve stayed at a lot of AirBnBs and have one…and this place had more thoughtful touches than anywhere I’ve seen! From complimentary snacks / beverages, bathroom basics, tourism info, and my favorite - mini packs of tictacs next to the bed - it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making the guest’s experience great. We only stayed one night for a wedding but it was perfect - super clean, good lighting / mirrors for getting ready, easy to find / access, and not far from town via Uber. Highly recommend!

This was a great getaway. Very easy accommodations with everything you need and you can't beat the location - walk to town and beaches. Faith was very communicative and good host. I can't recommend enough!!!!

This was an ideal place to stay during our visit to Nantucket. It was in easy walking distance to downtown and Chris gave us numerous recommendations of places to go that were excellent (be sure to go to the Whaling Museum!). Chris was extremely responsive when we had a couple questions after arrival. I highly recommend this condo!

Marshall is a great host and made our stay in Nantucket a wonderful time. He was very helpful in recommending local companies to rent baby supplies from (e.g., stroller, pack n play), which made traveling much easier and less stressful! The condo is in a great location on Orange Street, about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and downtown Nantucket. The bedrooms were both downstairs and the living room and kitchen were upstairs - this is great for traveling with kids because we weren’t constantly worried about waking up our daughter. Overall, a great stay and we will definitely try to rent this place again for our next Nantucket trip.

Great location! Quiet, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!
