There are many trails that connect to the property. Located minutes from East Beach and Wasque, which are far less crowded than Edgartown beaches. 5 min drive from the Chappy ferry, making it very easy to walk into Edgartown for dinner, drinks, music, etc, without the hassle of parking in Edgartown.

Convenient to bike paths, grocery shopping, and the town shuttle. However you spend your day on Nantucket, you’ll be happy to come home to the comfort of Parker House. Refresh in the outdoor shower, enjoy a meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen or out back on the grill, unwind with a drink on the deck. The peace and charm of the island awaits!

Our garden level apartment in our restored antique home has all the comforts and necessities for a relaxing stay. A 5 minute walk to Main St and all Nantucket town has to offer, you will not need a car. Main bedroom has a Queen bed with soft linens. Cozy living room/den has sectional sofa, and a flat screen TV. Small kitchen with everything necessary to prepare simple meals (no oven or stove though) and a full bathroom with a soaking tub and shower sprayer. Outdoor shower for beach goers.

Relaxation Awaits! Mid-Island Retreat

Our guest suite is a separate wing of the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. Perfect honeymoon suite. You must come into the backyard of the main house to access your suite. We do not allow pets in our guest suite. Our Airbnb is not suitable for infants or children. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per guest per night after the initial two guests. And please let us know if you are bringing a car so we can arrange parking.

Derrymore Place - an island gem

Located in a quiet neighborhood off of Cliff Road, guests can relax in a spacious 350 sq/ft beautiful bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and single day bed (w/trundle). There is a 3 piece private bathroom with washer/dryer. A full size pull out sofa is available in the very large kitchenette/game room. A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.

Enjoy spacious, bright and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with pull out sofa, outdoor shower, oversized deck with fire pit and beautiful side yard! The Deck is my favorite place to hang out when the weather is great. Enjoy outdoor shower in the sun! Great location-near the airport, restaurants, parks, trails, shopping and only couple miles away from the beach. Get immersed in the beauty and serenity of the island. I call Nantucket is my Happy Place. So make this island Your Happy Place!

This bright and spacious condo is only seconds from the bike path. A quick bike ride to popular Surfside and Nobadeer beaches - ideal for surfers or beach volleyball fans. It's located near the grocery store, hospital, bus stops, bike shop, 45 Surfside cafe, Yummy cafe and sandwich shop, and wine store. It is perfect for family and friends gatherings. The private yard with the fire pit and grill is a great spot to relax some more after enjoying a day on the beach.
