Dream Villa on a Private Island with Spa & Sauna

LA VIE SAGE is an entire luxurious house on a private island on the Seine river to enjoy absolute calm in the heart of nature, only 25 minutes from Paris. ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY BOAT. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen and a chimney, a garden and an 80m2 terrace equipped with a hot tub and sauna to admire the dazzling sunsets over the Seine. The house is fully equipped: underfloor heating, air conditioning, kitchen, WIFI, TV, connected lights.

The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. There is also cas that live with them

L'autre "CHAMBRE PRIVEE ACCES TERRASSE AVEC VUE TOUR EIFFEL", plus grande, au 10ème étage avec également vue sur la tour Eiffel et accès direct à la terrasse est proposée plus loin sur AIRBNB. La réservation des 2 chambres est possible sur AIRBNB : "2 chambres privées Vue Tour Eiffel avec terrasse".

CHAMBRE CHEZ L'HABITANT Chambre composée d’un lit 140x190cm, ainsi qu’une salle de bain. Idéal pour les transferts : Aéroport Roissy CDG (15min), journée au Parc Astérix (10 min), parc des expo Villepinte (20min) ou la visite de notre capitale (30 min). La gare RER D de Louvres à 3,5 kms. Petit-déjeuner sur demande. Navette gare de Louvres et/ou aéroport possible sur demande en supplément de 5€ à 40€ selon la destination. Room with terrace overlooking the Sacré-Coeur de Montmartre in large 250 m² duplex apartment. Metro 300m away, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées nearby. Quiet and secure environment. We can see the Eiffel Tower from the dining room... Possibility offered to guests of the room with terrace to rent a small adjacent room to accommodate a child over 10 years old (55€/night) Important ... Please pick up the keys imperatively between 9:00 am and 6:30 pm (6:30 pm)

Magnifique vue Tour Eiffel studio & balcon privés

L'appartement est divisé en 2 hébergements fermant chacun avec sa clé L'entrée de l'appartement est commune aux 2 hébergements. L'hébergement des voyageurs avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel n'est pas partagé, c'est comme un studio avec balcon. Il y a un espace chambre avec un lit Queen size, 1 armoire-penderie, lampadaires, cuisine équipée et petit espace douche. Le WC est en face la chambre. Au balcon : 1 table et 2 chaises, un espace est réservé au jardinage.

Agréable chambre à Gournay

Maman vivant avec mes 2 enfants et un petit chien très gentil, je loue une chambre de 9 m2. La chambre est composée d’un lit convertible de 1 à 2 personnes, d’un bureau et d’une étagère. Vous aurez accès à la salle d’eau, à la cuisine, au séjour et au jardin. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Le thé et le café sont à disposition. Ma maison se situe dans une résidence clôturée , à 5 minutes à pied de l’arrêt de bus en centre-ville.
