Our private 20’x20’ boat dock with 2 kayaks is only 1/4 mile from the cabin and is the perfect spot to spend long, lazy (or active!) lake days! Bring your boat or rent one here then dock it at our dock for the duration of your stay. Back at the cabin, unwind in the hot tub overlooking the lake or relax next to the fire pit. We purposely tucked our adorable Tiny Home into the woods to achieve the peaceful retreat you're looking for. You'll feel like the "Little Red Riding Hood" skipping through the woods as you escape the "Big Bad Wolf" of technology and stress. Evenings around the Firepit w/the stars are simply magical!

Mateo 39C at Nantahala Weddings & Events - no pets

The Mateos (named after our architect’s little son) are 4 small bungalows with eye-popping views of Lake Nantahala and the Smoky Mountains through an 8-foot sliding glass door. Each Mateo has a queen size bed, private bath, ac/heat, and a kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, 4.4 cu. ft. refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, microwave, tableware, and glassware for two people. The Mateos are not handicap-accessible. Pets are never allowed in 39C – this is a pet-free space ($200 penalty).

FANTASTIC COVE FOR SWIMMING, GREAT VIEWS, SOUTHWESTERN EXPOSURE FOR GREAT SUNSETS, KAYAKS, PADDLE BOARDS, HOT TUB, WATER MAT FOR WATER PLAY, FISH OFF THE DOCK, FIRE PIT, POOL TABLE, GREAT VIEWS OUT EVERY ROOM. This home is in the mountains on a lake, dirt road access. Town of Andrews is closest town for groceries, 25 minutes by car.

Nantahala Lake is a beautiful and peaceful hidden gem in the heart of the Smokey Mountains. This cabin is cozy, quiet and quaint. Enjoy waking up in the morning and heading down to our dock to read and enjoy the majestic mountains and peaceful lake. Our deck is a perfect place to enjoy at sunset and to have a drink with family and friends. The porch swing is a great place to spend a rainy afternoon. It is a small rustic cabin of 1150 square feet but it can sleep up to 8.

A truly unique cabin with a wall of windows giving you spectacular views of Fontana Lake and the Great Smokey Mountains National Park whether you are in the living room, kitchen, or dining room, or even upstairs playing pool. This cabin also has a long-paved driveway that is perfect for your cars or motorcycles. You can spend all your time relaxing at the cabin however, you are only 10 minutes to Tsali or the Nantahala Outdoor Center and only 15 minutes to Bryson City.
