Meulsteenvlei Cottages

Meulsteenvlei Cottages offers self-catering holiday accommodation just outside Nieuwoudtville and can host 4 guest in 2 cottages, perfect for a farm escape. Die Vrugtekamer can accommodate 2 guests and features a bedroom, bathroom and a well equipped kitchen with an indoor fire place. Additionally the cottage features an outdoor braai and a covered patio. The property also offers a nature trail that leads to a stunning view of the landscape. For added convenience, there is a solar power system.

Lonely Planet Cottage, Enjo Nature Farm, Cederberg

Lonely Planet Cottage is situated near a lone tree at the base of our beautiful Oskloof mountain amphitheatre with unspoiled views of the Biedouw Valley. Approx. 2km from the farmhouse & 100% off-grid, (solar & gas power), it is reachable by farm track, 4x4 or 4x2 with high ground clearance. It offers absolute privacy, no noise or light pollution plus the finest stargazing under our dark Cederberg night sky. Shepherd's cottage with firepit, outdoor daybed and private spring-fed splash pool.

Secluded Off-Grid Mountain Cottage

Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. The farm has established hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding on request and established sport and trad rock climbing routes. The cottage has two fireplaces, a gas stove, fridge, a gas geyser and solar power.

Leopard Cottage, Klein Pakhuis Farm

Klein Pakhuis Farm is both a Cederberg Karoo farm and a nature conservancy. It extends up the eastern slopes of the Cederberg Mountains where it shares a fence-free boundary with the protected Cederberg Wilderness Area. The farm is blessed with pure natural spring water; blue-sky days; clear starry nights and utter silence. Varied wildlife thrives under the conservancy ethos of the farm, including Verreaux's Eagle, Rheebok, Grysbok, Aardvark, Caracal, and the elusive Cape Leopard.

Nina’s House at Buffelspad

Nina's house is one of two cottages on the Buffelspad private nature reserve. The property borders the Cederberg Wilderness Reserve and is located at an altitude of 850m. The Fynbos reserve is a botanists paradise with a wide variety of unique plants spread across the property. There are approximately 10km of breathtaking walking trails traversing the Middleberg mountains. A stay at Nina's House is the perfect antidote for stress and a chance to reconnect with nature.

Oasis Cottage

Oasis Cottage is an authentic self-catering retreat in the peaceful town of Merweville, in the heart of the Great Karoo. This little cottage has a relaxed, Greek-inspired outside feel and sleeps up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, homely lounge with a red piano, free Wi-Fi, and shaded parking. This bright and airy holiday home is only a short walk away from the beautiful Golden Mile beach where guests can often see dolphins in the waves, and if one is lucky, a whale or 2. This is the ideal base of operations from which to view the West Coast wildflowers during the blooming season.

Grysklip High Mountain Stone Cottage, Cederberg

This grey-stone cottage is built against a rock face which is a dramatic back wall for the interior. All the stone used for the walls was collected nearby, so the cottage disappears into the landscape. The views are spectacular in every direction. The interior is cosy with wooden floors and Cape furniture and Himalayan textiles. There are two 3/4 beds. The bathroom has a shower set against the rock-face, and there is a wonderful double outdoor bath.

Namakwa Country Cottage

This remotely situated Namaqualand cottage is situated 40km from Calvinia on a dirt road and offers an exclusive getaway destination for nature lovers. Nestled on a farm in the Hantam Mountains this cottage offers walking trails, open skies for stargazing, tranquility, lapa evening fires and a flower wonderland between August and October every year. It boasts to be the area richest in flora per sq/m in the world. Limited MTN cellphone reception.

Beach Haven cottage is situated on the beach; looking out towards the horizon. Whether you are two families, a pair of friends, or just a couple, this is the spot for you. You're welcome to bring your dogs along as we are pet friendly! We have kayaks available to explore the sublime coastline. ** Please enquire should you be a smaller group that will not be using the bunk room, for a discounted rate.
