Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. Atlantic Winds Cottage (1968), an original Nags Head bungalow, is recently remodeled! The cottage is on a private street with only two other cottages. (See Second Wind and Cackalacky Dreamin' to rent together.) Beach access is just 100 yards away, down a secret path just steps from the cottage! Step out on the front porch to chill, read a book or chat with family and friends. The back deck includes adirondack chairs, picnic table, and a park grill for grilling.

Welcome to the Green Room OBX! Bring your best friend on your vacation. We are PET FRIENDLY in the desirable waterfront neighborhood of Old Nags Head Cove, which is within walking distance to the beach, sound, and pool. The 520 sq ft studio is luxurious and well-appointed with a laid-back feel. The apartment features a private ground-floor entrance, free parking, and a large covered porch. Just like the name implies, you can relax and recharge in my Green Room.
