Located on a quiet cul-de-sac Riding the Tide is in walking distance to Bonnet Street beach access, many restaurants including Tortugas Lie and Wave Riders, the Outer Banks YMCA, Dowdy Park, Nags Head Pier and MORE!

Just built in 2024, this 1300 sqft 2 bedroom cottage is quaint and stylish and offers some of the most sought after views that the Outer Banks can offer. Nestled back in the heart of Kitty Hawk Village on Hay Point, guests will enjoy a private and peaceful stay with views of the bay and dock access. Sunrise Bay is only 1.8 miles from the Kitty Hawk Beach bathhouse and is centrally located to many restaurants food/convenience stores and local shops.

Four bedrooms w/ ROKU TVs, 2 separate dens w/ ROKU TVs , 3 full baths, a fabulously fun Tiki Bar and an additional table downstairs. A big front porch with seating, outside shower, washer/dryer, and WiFi. 1st floor entrance with 2 bedrooms, full bath, den and small kitchen. *If bringing your pup, please note a pet in your reservation! No cable tv. , <7ft. ceilings downstairs with lower beam.

We are located on a very quiet & safe cul-de-sac with little traffic. *NEW for a limited time, NO PET FEE! Up to 2 dogs. Please message me if you would like to bring additional pets.

Our house is 1 mile to the nearest public beach access with numerous public beach access points within 2 miles. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Jockeys Ridge sand dunes and sound beach are just .8 miles.
