This new construction is about 550 sq. ft. of private, spacious, living space with a hot tub and patio overlooking the greenery behind the property. It is a luxury! *2 guests only, No visitors

The space is BIG, bright, clean and spacious! We really enjoy hosting so we love to provide as much extra as possible. Private key code entrance so no need to keep up with keys! Better than a hotel room! The house is kept very clean. Sheets are 100% cotton and super cozy! Lots of extra pillows and throw blankets so you can be super cozy. Beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, beach bag are all available for you to use! We provide a coffee bar, water and will always have a little snack for you!

Enjoy the use of 3 paddle boards & a kayak off of the private dock or head to the nearby beach access with the provided necessities and then come back to enjoy spectacular sunset views from the private deck & hot tub.
