This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Welcome to our Small House with loft in a private area of the Garden. The house is spacious with living room, kitchen and bathroom at first floor and a loft with cozy feeling and queen size bed. High ceiling for lots of light and luxury feeling. Dining room with dinner table and outside two patios with chairs and table. Perfect for sun all day. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities such as microwave etc. Stereo, Tv and Wifi is available. Bathroom with washing machine and shower.

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

Här får du allting för en minnesvärd vistelse i Stockholm. En nyrenoverad, fräsch stuga med stor skön säng, stilrent badrum, öppet kök och vardagsrum samt en rymlig terrass där naturen möter dig direkt utanför dörren. Du bor i ett lugnt svenskt grannskap med skog och vatten nära, bara 15 minuter med bil och 30 med buss till city. Min personliga guidebok ingår. Vinterkampanj pågår. Own house with oceanview near city!

Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.

The Archipelago Cottage, on the island of Älgö

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Please read more about routines on, House rules. Not recommended for families with children unable to swim because of the deep water.

Liten studio/stuga, 35 minuter från Stockholm.

Välkommen till eget, enkelt och litet boende i natursköna Kummelnäs. Området ligger i Nacka och är ett lugnt och vackert område med naturreservat och badsjöar nära intill. Stugan är 18 kvm och enkelt möblerad med en större säng (140 cm bred) ett välutrustat kök, en wc/dusch och egen uteplats. Perfekt för dig som vill bo naturskönt och lugnt men ändå nära huvudstadens utbud och puls.

Here you can enjoy nature or the city life or why not, both! You will be staying in a separate apartment at the 1st floor, in an unique wooden villa from 1873, by the lake. Just across a large nature reserve. 5 minutes walking distance there is a large shopping center with resturants and shops. Busstop at 200m, 15 minutes to the city center. Welcome!
