Great roomy and comfortable home located in one of the most desired locations in Wilmington! Set between Wrightsville and Carolina beaches in the Myrtle Grove/Monkey Junction area. Quiet secluded area within 5 minutes of anything you need! Wal-mart, Lowes, Home Depot, Harris Teeter, Resturants, you name it! 10 minutes to Carolina beach, 15 minutes to Wrightsville beach, 20 minutes to the Riverwalk, this place is the perfect location! Cape Fear River View-Parking-Dog Friendly!

Cape Fear River Condo cannot be beaten with its location! It's in the heart of downtown and a short walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. The best feature of the space is the beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chairs or end the night with a glass of wine while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.
