Thalassography Summer House

Traditional Limnos house. Accommodates 4 people, perfect for a family. The house is in the beautiful and quiet location of Aghios Ioannis beach. Outside, there is a patio and a balcony where you can enjoy the amazing sea view and the sunset with a relaxing drink or snack. It is only a 2 min walk from the beach (75m.), 10 min drive from the city centre of Mirina and a 20 min drive from the airport. Car hire is advisable in order to enjoy the island and private parking is outside the house.

Studio in the heart of Myrina

Perfect modern studio on the ground floor in the town centre. Our guests enjoy access to Arxontiko Hotel’s private garden (all garden photos are from Arxontiko’s garden, the studio does not have a private garden or outdoor space, it is located on a traditional alley). The distance from the sea is 20m. All restaurants and bars are on a 5 minutes radius on foot. Myrina’s main market is 10m away. The historical castle is 30m away. Breakfast can be provided upon request at an additional cost.

Αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Μύρινας. Αποτελείται από ενιαίο σαλόνι και κουζίνα, υπνοδωμάτιο και μπάνιο. Ιδανικό να φιλοξενήσει δυο ή τρία άτομα. Στο σπίτι υπάρχουν δυο μονά κρεβάτια και ένας καναπές μου μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σαν κρεβάτι. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο, καθώς σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχει φούρνος και σούπερ μάρκετ, αλλά και αξιοθέατα της Λήμνου, όπως παραλία, αρχαιολογικό μουσείο και η κεντρική αγορά του νησιού. Στον απέναντι δρόμο υπάρχει και δημόσιο πάρκινγκ.

Το Myrina View 2 βρίσκεται στη Μύρινα, 700μ. από το λιμάνι της πόλης. Έχει Wi-Fi και χώρο στάθμευσης διαθέτει δική του είσοδο, επιπλωμένη βεράντα με θέα στο κάστρο της πόλης, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τραπεζαρία. Η κρεβατοκάμαρα διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι, ενώ στο σαλόνι υπάρχουν άλλα δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Διαθέτει μοντέρνο μπάνιο με καμπίνα ντους, στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών και δωρεάν προϊόντα περιποίησης. Θα βρείτε ακόμη κλιματισμό και τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης και πλυντήριο ρούχων.

Πρόκειται για σπίτι περίπου 79 τ.μ., το οποίο απέχει λίγα μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ, beach bars, και ταβέρνες. Διατίθονται ηλεκτρικές συσκεύες (πιστολάκι, σίδερο, τοστιέρα, καφετιερα,βραστήρας , air condition,πλυντήριο) Η πρωτέυουσα του νησιού, Μύρινα, απέχει περίπου δεκαπέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.
