Combining contemporary luxury with period features it provides quirky pet-friendly self-catering accommodation with private courtyard and easy parking. Rural but not remote on the edge of an idyllic village between Lowestoft and Gorleston, it is close to pubs, sandy beaches, the Broads, Suffolk Heritage Coast and North Norfolk. Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

A night at the museum.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Bus and train links are nearby,along with a convenience store and two pubs. The property features two double beds,an open-plan kitchen,dining and living area,and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The back garden offers ample decking,a well-maintained lawn, large hot tub and a summerhouse.

'The Pad' at Longacres - Shadingfield

Welcome to 'The Pad' at Longacres situated on the A145 in the village of Shadingfield just 5 miles from the historic town of Beccles on the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.

Set behind our home via a shared side road, this cozy studio annex is just a 10 minute walk to Pakefield beach, with shops & supermarkets right across the street. Relax in your private garden with seating and a Lay-Z-Spa (Toronto) hot tub. Includes private parking for up to 2 cars. Pet friendly (£10 fee). A travel cot & small camp bed are available on request. Your perfect coastal getaway!

The Garden Annexe

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 5 miles from 2 beaches. 1 mile from the Broads. Many local attractions for adults and children. Paddling pool available on request. Push bike secure storage overnight. Sleeps 2-4. (large sofa bed and King size bedroom) Situated on the Suffolk / Norfolk boarders. Fresh eggs available from our hens and honey from our bees.
