Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

Welcome to our seaside chalet on a small friendly site situated in the lovely area of Kessingland. This area is great to explore. For families you have Africa Alive, Pleasure Wood Hills and beautiful beaches like Kessingland and Southwold. For quieter days out there is Snape Maltings, Minsmere and quiet towns like Beccles. But for us, the icing on the cake is the beach which is a stones throw away, tucked behind the chalet. We aim to give you the home from home chalet. 10% off a week stay.

“The Elms Shepherds Hut”

Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

Dog friendly studio annexe in Beccles (dogs not to be left on their own). Double bed & sofa bed for lone travellers, couples & young families (not suitable for groups). Built summer 2023. On drive parking, WiFi & private courtyard - stylish and comfortable getaway 😊 Walk to town centre in 10mins, local pub in 3mins, outside swimming pool & River Waveney in 15mins & just 5mins to children's park, dog exercise area and Countryside. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac ,facing the local green.Wrentham is a great location close too southwold and a short drive too waberswick and dunwich.Theres the local pub, coffee shop a chinese takeaway. Southwold has many shops and pubs and fish and chip shop.You could hire some cycles and bike across the bridge too waberswick and on too dunwich .Cycle hire is delivered too this house.Africa alive zoo is 3 miles in kessingland

Thyme Cottage

Beautifully positioned just a stone’s throw away from the River Waveney, this charming 2 bedroom cottage is idyllically located in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.

Private Studio Annex near beach

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.
