A newly remodeled guest suite features an exposed brick fireplace and more classic details, offset by neutral, relaxing hues and organically refined accents. The open-plan suite is roomy and airy, with plenty of natural light and room for 4 guests. Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocol has been implemented. A large suite with large bathroom and large closet, fire place, hardwood floors and tons of bright light located on the ground floor of the main house with private entrance, breakfast/dining area that seats four and sitting area for watching TV. Queen size pillow top bed and a queen size Sofa-Bed with Air Mattress pillow top. The unit includes large counter kitchen with mini refrigerator, KEURIG coffeemaker, microwave, Hot-plate and fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots & pans. The house has central Air condition/heater, free Wifi, 50” wall mounted TV with DirecTV, Apple-TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Easy access from the side of the house, through a very spacious well-lit walkway with outside sitting area and private keyless entrance (code provided by owner). Located on the westside of LA, Cheviot Hills is a quiet, centrally located neighborhood close to Century City, Beverly Hills, Westwood, and Culver City. Within walking distance to the Metro, for easy access to Santa Monica, Venice, USC, UCLA, and Downtown. Located within walking distance (1 mile) to Fox Studios and Metro Expo line for a quick ride to Downtown LA, USC and Santa Monica. • We have two adult dogs and occasional barking may occur.

Perfectly located on the famous Rodeo Drive in the center of historic Beverly Hills, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has everything needed for your stay. The shops on Rodeo are a 10 minute walk away. UCLA, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Culver City are a 15 minute drive. The home comfortably sleeps 4 guests, plenty of linens and towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Coffee provided. Grocery store is located across the street. One parking garage or street parking with a permit.

Our Guest House is in the HEART of Beverly Hills. Rodeo Drive is but a 5 minute walk. All of Beverly Hills is walk-able from our location. The studio is a bright single space with 2 full-size beds fitted with premium bamboo sheets. Separated from the main house with self check-in / check-out and private access from a side gate. Working gas fireplace & 1 full bathroom and kitchenette. TV comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other channels. Great WiFi connection that downloads over 400 mbps.

The location is perfect located next to Beverly & Rodeo Drive with the great restaurants & hotels. Once you arrive, you'll discover a beautiful Ivy covered boutique building that's adjacent to Rodeo. The view is spectacular overlooking downtown Beverly Hills. With an air conditioner in the bedroom, the family room is warm during this period of unprecedented heat.

Very walkable neighborhood, 2 blocks from Rancho Park with golf, tennis courts and a walking path. For vacationers, upscale shopping and restaurants are close by. Free easy street parking available on the street. No parking restrictions at all.

Private and quiet, newly refurbished guest house in our back yard with the latest amenities. High end kitchen appliances, new bed and bathroom and a large yard. This is a secluded oasis at the heart of bustling Los Angeles. Museums, businesses, universities and the beach are all in a short driving distance. Walk to Trader Joe's & local resturants. No pets, guide dogs or emotional support animals, please. I am super allergic to fur and cannot have furry animals around.

You can use the yard to tan if you wish or eat outside just open the gate and close when finish . No smoking allowed no party . Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.
