The main services such as bars, supermarket, restaurants, bus stop, laundry and pharmacy are also reachable on foot. A 10 minute walk takes you to the beach of Marina Maria and in a few minutes by car you will find wonderful beaches such as Porto Istana, Cala Brandinchi, Porto Taverna, Cala Girgolu, La Cinta.

Fuori avrete uno spazio libero con due comode poltrone, una doccia esterna con e un'amaca per rilassarvi.

La posizione è strategica: a soli 6 km dall’aeroporto di Olbia – Costa Smeralda e 8 km dal porto. Nonostante la vicinanza all’aeroporto, non vi è alcun disturbo dovuto al traffico aereo, poiché la casa non si trova nelle rotte di avvicinamento o decollo.
