Welcome to Raven Studio — a safe, quiet, and comfortable private space with easy access to Brisbane and North Lakes. This fully self-contained studio is attached to the main home but completely separate, with your own private entrance. It includes an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a lounge, a kitchenette, a laundry, and access to a shared pool in the complex. Ideal for professionals and longer stays. Preordered frozen premium meals are available

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

It is situated on the highest point of the Kobblecreek property with breathtaking elevated views of the D’Aguilar Ranges overlooking 52 acres of native bushland abundant with native birdlife and wildlife. It lies approximately 10 minutes drive from the rural village of Dayboro, or 20 minutes from Samford Village. There are two other cottages on the property namely Wonga and Figtree cottage.
