Old beach bungalow built in 1940 with cool vibes On the beach 1 master bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a full bed 5 minute walk to O'side's downtown stores, restaurants, movies, bars.... Train station 4 blocks away (to downtown San Diego, Los Angeles, Disneyland) Close to the pier, fishing, marina, kayaking, sport fishing Short ride to Carlsbad Village Guests have access to the surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs at the house. Coin-operated washer and dryer are shared with other units. The Strand is an Oceanside attraction with parks, beach access, bonfires, swing sets, and food stands. Downtown Oceanside is less than a mile away from the house and is surrounded by great restaurants and events. Every Thursday there is a farmer's market and night market with food and live music downtown. Oceanside is close to lots... ~35 min drive to San Diego, The Zoo, Sea World, Mission Bay, Balboa Park, UCSD, San Diego Airport ~50 min drive to the international border ~50 min drive to Disneyland ~90 min drive to Los Angeles and Hollywood The bungalow is located within walking distance from the Oceanside train station. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment is above our detached garage with a private balcony. Stunning views of city lights and rolling hills. If you have little ones we have a fire pit for smores. Our full size kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment. Please enjoy our beautiful pool area with a bathroom and dry sauna within pool area. Temecula Wine Country Row just 25 minutes away Hiking /mountain bike trails are 5 minutes away.

The Seaview Sunset is a cute, stylish, and clean apartment located in the heart of the neighborhood known by locals as South O. Our sea-side neighborhood is Oceanside’s most beloved area due to it’s relaxing and laid back vibe and it’s countless local restaurants, breweries, and cafes, many of which are within walking distance of our apartment. The Historic Mission Bungalows is within walking distance to the Fox Theater, new Riverside Public Library, The Mission Inn Hotel, Food & Game Lab, Convention Center, The Cheech, and just a few minutes drive to UCR. Our unique property features historic exterior with modern amenities. Air-conditioning, on-demand hot water, full laundry, dish washer, 50" TVs, hand painted Spanish tile, comfort, style, the best of the best in downtown.

This highly upgraded 1400 sqft unit, is 8-min walk to beach/restaurants.  2-master suites, A/C, full kitchen, pivate double garage/patio , 4-bch bikes/chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. .  Height chair, pack/play on request.   Queen bed in one master, and two queens in the second. FYI, fireplaces are turned off due to safty issues with past renters. This is the top floor of a duplex, and I try to keep a peaceful environment, so please do not book if your group is on the loud side.
