Feel right at home in this brick, one-level, split living with 3 beds/2baths. Relax outside in the screened in porch or by the fire pit in the huge backyard. The neighborhood boasts 11 ponds with walking trails, a playground, & basketball/tennis courts. Centrally located to beaches, schools, medical and shopping (~12 minutes to downtown Wilmington, 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, and less than 45 minutes to many other beaches). This is your perfect home away from the crowds. No garage access.

The container home at Buckhorn Farm

Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you only feed the animals the provided treats. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and the beaches! Lots of local history as well!
