As an extension of the tropically-themed PalmTreeHouse upstairs apartment, you may book the PalmTreeHut simultaneously for parties of four, or go solo on your Wilmington excursion.

The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. This is the lower level of a just built 2 story home. You will have the entire lower level to yourself. This house is set up like a duplex, Private entrance, private yard. It was built with you in mind! Located between the beach and downtown a close 10-15 minutes to each. After a full day of beach or exploring, come back and unwind on the Beautiful secluded deck built just for you! Have you ever taken a bath outside?? Its kinda magical!
