Ideal situation for couples, small groups and families to explore and enjoy the Norfolk coast with Cromer c. 7 miles, Sheringham c. 5 miles & Gt. Yarmouth a 30 minute drive away. You'll have the chalet to yourselves and will be able to let yourselves in and out with ease. Dog friendly!

The detached annexe offers stylish, comfortable calming accommodation in an idyllic peaceful and relaxing setting, excellent for couples. Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

Set away from the main village on top of the cliffs, you will experience exceptional sunrises, dog walkers galore, possible sightings of paragliders and jet planes, or just the beautiful expanse overlooking the sea. Just a short stroll down the path and you are greeted by the award-winning beach and the start of village life with its fantastic pubs, cafes and seaside entertainment.

Idyllic sea-side retreat!

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

A 4 minute walk to Mundesley Beach. During July and August we take 7 night bookings. Our house is a beautiful historic property in the picturesque seaside village of Mundesley in Norfolk. Built 1914. Close to Mundesley Beck, with Gold Park, skate park, local shops, cafes and restaurants just a short walk from us. The house is well equipped, two bedrooms for 4 people, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Well equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge. Parking for 1 vehicle.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.
