Beautiful semi-detached barn conversion professionally designed to a high standard, offering modern comforts whilst retaining an authentic feel. Situated in the grounds of the owner’s working farm, who are on hand to offer advice on the local area, the cottages are in an excellent central location on the Tipperary/Offaly border, almost equidistant from the picturesque town of Birr, 7½km, and one of the oldest towns in Ireland, Roscrea, 6km, and a 2km drive from Gloster house and wedding venue.

We are located very close to a local bog land which is excellent for exploring.

Escape to our hillside farm retreat, featuring a private fenced cabin with breathtaking sea, mountain, and Dublin city views. It has an en-suite bathroom with hot shower, a coffee machine, filtered water, kettle, gas heater, electric blanket, and access to a shared kitchen. Unwind in our sauna or hot tub for extra fee. Feel free to interact with our farm animals(horses, alpacas, goats, and sheep.) A direct bus to the city center is just 350m away. It’s Not suitable for infants or the infirm.
