Close proximity to two golf courses, Glades and Boomerang Farm. As well as four local wedding venues. Robina Town Centre is 10 minutes away, Mudgeeraba village just 5 minutes by car. Great little restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is undercover off street, at the top of our driveway on the lefthand side of the garage.

Our cosy little one bedroom suite adjoins the main house and overlooks the pool and the gum trees beyond. Mudgeeraba is centrally located at the foot of the beautiful Springbrook National Park and is just minutes by car to the M1 for easy access to local beaches, Amusement Parks and the popular Robina Town Centre CBD.

Separate rooms give you the freedom to have a good sleep while the other person might like watching TV or reading a book with lights on. The house is very close to parkland with a creek. The creek is also a home to platypuses.
