All things considered this is a really good value. Nice place to stay. Very safe area in a very unsafe city. Definitely would recommend if safety is a concern.

Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

Cooper’s place is so comfy and adorable! We loved the coffee set up and the spacious bedrooms. Cooper was a great host checking on us and communicating well. Thanks Cooper! We will be back!

Julie’s place is hands down mine and my husband’s favorite Airbnb. We travel for his work and we had the best experience here. Julie left us a note upon check in with everything we needed to know plus stocked the fridge with creamer for our coffee. The apartment is beautiful and so well decorated! You can tell they put time and effort into this place. She left food and entertainment recommendations which were super helpful. She accommodated our fur baby with a huge doggy bed (which made him feel like a king being 5lbs). She has everything you could ever need for your stay. Literally all you need is your clothes. We 1000% recommend anyone looking to try it out! We plan on being back!! Thanks again Julie!

Location, Location, Location, My wife and I spent 5 weeks here as we finished out a Wisconsin winter and we absolutely LOVED the place and the area. We safely walked almost everywhere. 4 blocks from Beale Street in one direction and 4 blocks from south main district in the other. Right out the door you'll find the following restaurants/bars: the green beetle, S.O.B (south of Beale), good fortune, and the slider inn. If you're coming to Memphis for a Grizzly's game, a show at the Orpheum, Beale Street fun or anything else, this is the place to stay. If we are able to come back with friends we will definitely be booking here.

The condo was just as described and absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect for our night out at the FedEx Forum. The only things I would recommend would be some padding on the beds, have a few more towels available, and more toilet paper. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay while visiting Memphis. Rachel was very communicative. We really appreciated the extra amenities like laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner. We were a little nervous about the location at first, but after settling in, it felt very like at home and safe.

It was wonderful and very peaceful environment! We will be back.

It was an absolute joy staying at Landon’s place, around 20 minutes from downtown! He was so accommodating - we wanted an early check-in to allow my elderly parents to take a nap after a busy morning, and Landon went out of his way to make an early check-in possible and convenient for us! When we arrived at the house, not only was the place spotless and well-equipped, but Landon had left a fresh box of donut holes to welcome us, as well as directions to local supermarkets (we had asked if there were markets nearby.). How thoughtful and reflective of Southern hospitality! The code for the house was made easy for us all to remember, the rooms had plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with basics plus extras like foil, wraps, scissors, etc., which we do not always find in other places. Everything was lovely and we would highly recommend Landon’s house if you are in the Memphis area!

This is a charming house inside and out! My 10-day stay was delightful. The host let me enter a few hours early since my flight arrived in the morning. He was always responsive. The house is in a peaceful, almost suburban, neighborhood yet a short drive to downtown Memphis and all that is there. Also close: the Botanic Garden, Chickasaw Gardens Park, and Memphis University. Highly recommend!

Haider's home is the perfect place for long or short term stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to stores and restaurants. The University of Memphis is just a few minutes drive. You can also walk to the Arboretum. The house has an amazing kitchen and terrific bathrooms. It is truly a home away from home. Haider was very responsive. He quickly responded to my questions before I arrived. So I had no issues getting into the house or using it.

nice well manicured place private with a great shower and landscaping was done well. Towels ready, coffee available, name it it was there. Great job hosting.

Wayne was a great host! I loved everything about this house, from the time I walked in it felt like home. I had a slight issue with something and he immediately started to help and showed how concern he was. The pictures are exactly like how the house is. Great for a getaway/ double date trip! Great location, games in the home and a amazing back yard! I will be coming back to visit!

This is a beautiful condo. When you get in, you will feel right at home. The hostesses were very responsive. I recommend this location for anyone coming to Memphis. It is close to everything (shopping centers, the regional mall, and restaurants). AND it is unbelievably quiet.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Perfectly clean and immaculate. Very welcoming and equipped.We had 1 issue only and they sorted this for us within minutes. Brilliant hosts.

This is a perfect loft condo for the price and location. You can hear muffled traffic being close to a major roadway, but the condo is well insulated. It’s close to shopping centers and all levels of restaurants. It was perfect for my short business trip.

This location is great walkable and makes getting to any area of Memphis very easy. The space is big and having a gated parking area is a plus. Jon's place is my go-to when I travel to Memphis.

This place was fantastic! Clean kitchen and bathrooms, which are a must for my family. Pleasantly surprised by 3 extremely comfortable beds. We loved the security of a gated entrance, it really helped us feel safe. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was 5-15 minutes from everywhere we needed and wanted to go.
