Wake up to paradise on the Marina

The Royal Alfred Marina is an exclusive waterfront complex, the ultimate holiday destination. Stunning scenery and spectacular sunsets make for the perfect setting in which to unwind with a glass of wine. Watch the boats and barges float by from your front lawn. Enjoy a barbecue on your own canal facing patio. Fish from your private jetty, fronting wide, deep water in which 30+ species of marine life have been identified . Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this secluded coastal heaven. A pool and entertainment area, along with an all weather tennis court and squash court, for the exclusive use of residents and guests, are situated close to the main entrance. The Marina is the safest place to be. Access is through a single access controlled gateway and is restricted to residents and guests. There is also a 24 hour security patrol. THE HOUSE HAS SOLAR.

Villa Sunshine

Eine Villa am Indischen Ozean, auf der Rückseite ein wunderschöner Golfplatz. Dort kann man nicht nur die Springböcke beobachten, sondern auch jede Menge Vögel hören, Schildkröten sehen. Von jedem Zimmer im Haus hat man Meerblick und mit etwas Glück sieht man die Wale vorbeiziehen, Delphine springen. Oder einfach nur das Meeresrauschen genießen. Strandspaziergänge am Sandstrand oder ein Bad im eigenen Pool, tragen zur besten Erholung bei. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.

Kleinemonde - A Piece of Paradise

Magnificent views are what makes our Beach House exclusive. Completely private. A place for solitude. Spacious, comfortable open living. Large decks enable one to have meals outside and undercover. There are no immediate neighbours and access to the pristine beach is via a bush path (5 minutes walk). River/surf fishing, swimming, surfing, kite surfing, sandboarding, and canoeing are popular activities. Inclement weather?... close the surrounding glass doors and you still have the views.

Spacious beach holiday home meters away from the popular blue flag beach. This 4-bedroom home which sleeps 8 includes a fire pit alongside the pool, built in bar and braai, a pool table and entertainment area. With the highlander pub and Guidos restaurant a mere 2 minutes away, you are never out of options. Enjoy an array of activities such as fishing, kayaking, snorkelling & days on the beach or up river. For the golf enthusiasts, the Royal Alfred gold club is 900 meters down the road!

Beachfront apartment which offers you a relaxed stay a few steps from the main west beach of Port Alfred. Fully equipped with a private patio and braai. 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms which are both en-suite. Comfy couch in the lounge with Wifi, a smart TV allows you all the entertainment you watch at home. Private secure parking in the complex, outside the apartment. A brisk walk down the road and you will be at the blue flag Kelly's Beach. Holiday Bliss.

Amazing Beach House

Awesome beach house only 40km north of Port Alfred at Mgwalana river. Large, open plan family home, 3 decks, amazing views, 60km of pristine, deserted beach, secure gated area, warm water and beautiful river for fishing, boating and watersports. Our house is 20m from the beach down a private path, and is the ultimate relaxed, private oasis.
