Vacation Home In Andros-Villa il Paradiso

It's a cozy vacation home that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The house has a panoramic view over the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea. Our home is ideally located if you are seeking to relax and discover the island of Andros. It’s located in a peaceful spot in the area of Agios Petros that is only 6 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches and the port of Gavrio. We are always glad to assist our guests so that they can explore the little gems of the island.

Captain's House

Traditional captains house restored with love and care only with traditional and ecological materials. The house has two units, we live upstairs and downstairs there is a self standing apartment with a double bed a sofa kitchen, bathroom and a terrace for exclusive use of guests and access to the garden. No Tv, no internet, no air conditioning. On request we provide breakfast and dinner. We are 4 minutes away (by foot) from the sea, the bars and restaurants of our small village.

Μαιζονέτα στο κεντρικότερο σημείο του παραδοσιακού οικισμού Μπατσίου. Το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 4 έως 5 άτομα. Διαθέτει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με υπέρδιπλο κρεββάτι (1,60μ*2,00μ), σοφίτα με ημίδιπλο στρώμα (1,30μ*1,95μ) στο οποίο μπορεί να κοιμηθεί ένας ενήλικας ή δυο παιδιά 10-15 ετών, 1 σκαμπό-κρεβάτι μονό (0,80μ*2,00μ), 1 μπάνιο, κουζίνα, καθιστικό, μεγάλη βεράντα με πέργκολα, έπιπλα κήπου και εξαιρετική θέα. Πλησίον της υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ και καφετέριες.

Πέτρινη σουίτα 10 μόλις μέτρα από την παραλία . Πολύ μεγάλα παράθυρα για να απολαμβάνετε την θέα Θάλασσα , εξωτερική πέργκολα με καθιστικό και τραπέζι . Πλήρη επιπλωμένη κουζίνα και άνετο μπάνιo/ντουζιέρα. Καθώς ανεβαίνετε τα ξύλινα σκαλοπάτια φτάνετε στο υπνοδωμάτιο όπου από το οποίο μπορείτε να απολαύσετε καλύτερα τη θέα της θάλασσας. Η έντονη παρουσία του ξύλου σε συνδυασμό με το χτιστό κρεβάτι και τον καναπέ σε παραπέμπει στα αρχοντικά σπίτια των Κυκλάδων.

Villa Palaiopoli embodies a philosophy of minimalist elegance and maximum comfort featuring two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a large open space living, dining and cooking area with panoramic views over its private infinity lap pool and into the valleys & sea. Unique vacation spot in Ormos Korthiou. It is located 36 km from the port of Gavrio and 20 km from Chora- the mainland. The house is on the first floor with access from an external staircase. It is fully equipped and it has a wonderful view of the entire Bay. A bedroom with a double bed, comfortable bathroom, and wc, spacious living room, and kitchen, can accommodate 2 adults.

Air condition σε καθε δωματιο- χωρο και ενεργειακο τζακι για μερακληδες. Προσφατα ανακαινισμενο. Μεγαλη βεραντα για παιδια αλλα και για ωραιες παρεες. Υπαρχει κουνια για μωρα.

It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
