There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. Sleeping space includes a queen bed in the beautifully furnished bedroom, a couch in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower & washer/dryer.

Come stay on a family friendly working cattle farm with over 200 acres of beautiful landscape and gorgeous views. Enjoy your coffee/cocktails from the front porch of a turn of the century farmhouse while watching Southern Missouri's abundant wildlife including white tail deer, turkey, and other critters. We are also a pet friendly farm. The rear yard is fenced for the safety of your loved ones. There is a $10 per day per pet fee, which is due upon arrival.
