Oh gosh what I wouldn't give to live at Norfork Nest permanently!!! One can dream can't they :) The pictures are totally accurate thought they don't do the view justice. The home was very neat and clean, felt so welcoming. I was given a code to the door and never had a single issue, everything worked as expected. It was a weekend getaway for my husband and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was PERFECT. I hope to go back sometime in the future.

Brookie Inn is everything they promise! the home is very clean and comfortable. I had my 2 children (4 and 3) and the backyard was a wonderful space for them to safely play. completely fenced. the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pots and pans, plates and bowls. The home is perfectly located in a very quiet area. Anytime we come visit family, my 1st choice will be Brookie Inn. Thank you again to the great hosts!

loved the sharing pantry and decor. the fact that there was dog food/kennel/dog doshes available was also quite thoughtful, although I left my pup with a sitter. he had menus available from surrounding areas and things to do. our host was quick to respond to any questions and we all really loved the atmosphere. gas heat, fans available, big bathtub, TV, Xbox and I believe a ps4 (don't quote me on that). games, laundry and the cleaning supplies were there so I could keep up with the house during our stay.. there was a grill and fireplace in the back yard and perfect view for the sunrise from the front porch in the rocking chairs. it reminded me of going to stay the night at gramma and papa's as a kid. also I noticed that while there was 4 beds, there was also a couple of mattress options under the beds if there was more than 4 people. thanks again!

Heron house is amazing! Just sit on the patio and watch the river, or go down to the shore and put a hook in the water. It was so relaxing. The house itself is very well stocked with condiments and seasonings. There was a welcome snack basket, fresh flower bouquet, plus fresh milk in the refrigerator. Chris and Margo are absolutly the best hosts! Thank you so much for a great getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house by the river! The location was perfect for relaxation, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The cabin itself was well-equipped, clean, and super comfortable. Great spot for a quiet getaway. Highly recommend!

I planned a trip to fish the white river and this place is what turned our trip from a frustrating one to an awesome one. Fishing was proving difficult due to high water. My family managed to catch more fish from the banks of the Airbnb than we did on boats or at other access points. When we would tire of fishing we would simply walk back to the back deck to watch the others fish. Plenty of seating and bedrooms meant that it did not feel cramped despite 9 people making it to the trip. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Cute little place. Loved the cedar walls… smelled wonderful! Our family of four stayed there comfortably and we were able to bring our dog. Lori was very helpful with check-in and friendly.

The place was nice. It has plenty to do and is close to Norfork Lake with a private launch. The owners are very nice and communicate very well. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good time. We had some weather issues and had to cut the stay short but that was no fault of the owners. Overall, we are planning another stay with them.

A lovely home with rocking chairs on the deck and enclosed porch, a large kitchen, streaming television, comfortable beds, and plenty of bathrooms. One of those rare locations at which pets are welcome. Great place for a multi-family getaway!

Great place to stay if you want piece and quiet. I stayed for a bass fishing tournament. Plenty of parking and electric was provided to charge up in the evening. Has a pool and game room but we didn't check it out. Michael hasna great place, well equipped. Bring some coffee if that is your thing. It's a little ways ~25 minutes to restaurants and stores as far as I could tell. Definitely recommend!

So Anedodi, is the best bang for the buck. I love how they have left the extras that other guest "donate" we left some beautiful florals and and other dish ware. It feels just like going to the family cabin. And that is the BIGGEST Bath tub i have ever seen in my life everyone's first response was how did they get it in here, i think they built the house around it..lol Everything is really great and when you're stressed just go have a drink on the porch and watch the sunset did wonders for my soul.. thank you so much Hilary for sharing your piece of heaven.. the Martin-Teager's although i didn't get a hyphen even on face book so scratch that Thank You, The Martin's ...lol

Micheal was a excellent host. His place is perfect for the family or for the fisherman. Very nice cabins and boat dock was well equipped with everything needed for a fisherman or boater . Great resort and even better people running it . Very very friendly down to earth people. I’ll be back .

This was the perfect “hideaway” for our short stay in Cotter. It was in a nice area to walk and it provided a very peaceful atmosphere to just relax. The host was very nice and responsive. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Cotter!

We had extended family from 3 different states meet up here for our family Christmas. The place was amazing! Amazing views from all 3 decks. We put my 84 year old mother in the only bedroom on the main (upper) floor with the main kitchen. My husband and I took the downstairs bedroom and we put all the young adults in the bunkhouse…it worked out perfectly. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. Everything needed to prepare 3 meals a day for 10 people was provided. The nearest large grocery store is approximately 40 minutes away, which was not a problem for us and just added to the secluded location we were hoping for. Being allowed to bring our fur babies was an added bonus. We hope to make this place our yearly tradition for family Christmas. Book now…you won’t be disappointed. Just as an FYI….the last several miles leading to the house is gravel, which again wasn’t a problem for us. Can’t wait to go back!

Jennifer was very responsive. Upon our arrival we noticed there was only one washcloth and hand towel. I messaged Jennifer, and she responded right away and had new towels delivered first thing the next morning along with several other items. I would definitely recommend the home to others!

We had such a nice time staying here. It’s a large, lovely place with a big deck to take in the sunsets. We were lucky enough to watch the eclipse from the lawn, a once in a lifetime event! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a lake escape.

Are you going back and forth about staying here? If you are, let me help you... BOOK IT! This was a great experience from the moment we checked in to the moment when we checked out. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure me, my husband, and our two dogs were comfortable throughout our stay. The house has a beautiful view, and anything you think you might need (or accidentally forgot at home!) is most likely already on-site for you to use. This location is secluded enough to feel away from the hustle and bustle of life, but also within a reasonable driving distance of many things to do/see/explore. Michelle left us a great list of recommendations in the area. We highly recommend visiting the Indian Rockhouse Trial and the ghost town of Rush. Overall, an amazing stay and a great host. We will be back!

The house was super clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Everything worked great, and we felt right at home during our stay. We really enjoyed our time there and are already looking forward to coming back soon. Thanks so much for everything!

Gary was quick to respond. There are not a lot of 4 bedroom places available and this one worked out great for us. It’s About 15 minutes from town.
