Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city just 10 minutes away! This beautiful home is located on a full acre in a quiet country subdivision. Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

This darling 100 year old bungalow is central to everything! A few minutes from the canyons, hiking, mountain biking, downtown Ogden, weber state, snow basin, power mountain, Nordic Valley + pineview reservoir! Named the botanical bungalow for all the plants inside in out- you can dine under lights on the outdoor entertainment space, stroll to the local neighborhood coffee shop, and feel right at home. We strive to make this the best experience for you with extra amenities and comfort in mind!

Skiing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking-- Ogden, UT has it all. Our studio apartment offers a unique space with a private entrance within a five to twenty minute drive of various outdoor activities. Additionally, just down the street you'll find the charming historic railroad downtown Ogden area with local restaurants, shops and museums. Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

The space is a beautifully remodeled and modernized 2,200+ square foot basement apartment with noise reduction materials throughout. **This is the basement of the house. I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

Winter: Three amazing ski resorts with the greatest snow on earth are less than 30 minutes away. Just up the road is the entrance to a snowmobile mecca. A cross-country ski and snowshoe park is 5 minutes away. Summer: Boating, paddle boarding, and swimming at two beautiful mountain lakes. Hiking, biking, and fishing galore.

This suite is the perfect getaway to explore the beautiful Morgan Valley and the mountains around Snowbasin year round. Very quiet home with a private entrance, patio w/ fire pit, full kitchen, viewing area, bathroom w/ luxurious bathtub & separate shower. Main room has a power reclining couch and TV with all of the steaming apps. Includes access to a very nice large hot tub. Easy access from I-84, 15 minutes to Snowbasin, 30 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, and 35 to the SLC airport.

Pet Fee of $100 per night per animal, non refundable. With high speed fiber optic internet it is perfect for working online. Near many ski resorts, fishing lakes, rivers. Two blocks from Golden Spike Sports Arena and Fairgrounds. Close to Hill Air Force Base. Nice backyard with fire pit, fountain, wishing well, large acre lot with lots of trees and flower gardens. One mile from I-15, close to shopping and dining. Quiet neighborhood. Bright and spacious, newly furnished.

Come relax and adventure in our cozy home. Enjoy private access to basement apt, Including a comfy great room, laundry, full kitchen, and three bedrooms. Access to a hot tub, fire pit and grill. Paddle boards available upon request. Morgan is surrounded by an abundance of hiking trails, mtn biking trails, ski resorts, and many other outdoor recreation activities. Morgan is within a 30 min drive to 3 large lakes, and under an hour to Park City, Ogden, and Salt Lake City.

Winter ski getaway

Wonderful basement apartment with private entrance. A full 1700 square feet to enjoy relaxing after a full day of adventure. 10 miles from Snowbasin, 16 miles to Powder mountain, and 13 miles from Nordic Valley Ski resort. 10 miles to Pineview reservoir. Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
