Nice house near downtown and the charming German Village area with two bedrooms. Walking distance to parks, coffee shops, and local restaurants. Nine miles to Airport, only 2.5 miles to the Convention Center. Free on street parking and easy to get an Uber. Licensed host. 1,600 sq. ft house has wood floors, two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fenced in back yard and a washer and dryer. No smoking. No parties. One pet with pre approval. Bring the whole family to this beautiful home with lots of room for fun. Game room downstairs with pool table, foosball, Arcades and darts & hot tub for 5. Enjoy swings basketball & fire pit while the kids play on the playground. The spacious dining room table sits 8 comfortably. There is room for your boat in the drive & there are docks you may use (public docks) just down the street so you can take a break from the lake, refill the gas and grab a bite at the end of the street or shop local.

This beautiful home is the perfect space for guests whether they're visiting the city for work, or relaxing with family and friends. A recently finished new build completed in March 2022. Lake living right on the water!

Located right on Apple Valley Lake just outside of Mt Vernon, OH this 2250sqft house is recently remodeled has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths 2 levels and is beautiful. You can enjoy our dock and go swimming or paddle boarding or just relax and fish. On the main floor is a card room perfect for family games, kitchen with walk out to 2nd story deck and 3 season room, living room with TV, and master bedroom with a private deck and fireplace. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and fireplace.

You’ll swoon over this charming historic cottage in the heart of German village. Walk to all the best places the village has. Or short Ubers to downtown and university districts. Inside, gorgeous wallpaper, vintage styling, comfy couches, lux bedding, proper closets and high ceilings. Nicely equipped kitchen . Large round dining table. There is even a manicured garden with a running pond. The location can’t be beat and you even get an off street parking space.

Welcome to The Lookout at Buckeye Lake! We stumbled upon this cozy cottage in the summer of 2018 and spent the next 12 months renovating the dream Buckeye Lake getaway. Our first project was an off-grid cabin featured on DIY Network’s Building Off The Grid. We took inspiration from that design to transform The Lookout into the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the lake. Located just 3 miles off I70, and walking distance to neighborhood favorite Papa Boos.

Huge historic home. Fully renovated.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix. It’s way to big for us to live in so. Please enjoy your stay and we hope you can find it in your heart to give us a good review. If you can’t, please let us know what we could do better.
