We designed this studio specifically for visitors who want the ease and security of a private entrance, the warmth (or coolness) of radiant-floor temperature control, and comfort. Beautifully-restored historic home in the Sunnyside neighborhood. With a very high walk score, you're within blocks of restaurants, parks, food carts and more. The home has a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom with custom closets and wide-plank pine floors. The relaxing backyard includes tranquil ponds, covered gazebo, hot tub and seasonal garden. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee. Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate large groups or parties due to issues with noise.

The wet bar features a mini fridge, sink and Keurig Coffee maker. The bedroom has 1 queen sized bed with hotel luxury 1800 bedding sheets, a dresser, full length mirror and natural light window. Our house is centrally located with dozens of restaurants, bars and coffee shops just a short walk away!
