Private 1-bedroom finished basement apartment with large bright windows in the quiet and charming Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood. Cheerful colors, mid-century decor, modern amenities, high-speed WiFi, automatic espresso machine. 15 minutes from the airport and downtown. One block from 14.4 acre Wilshire Park. Stroll or bike to the Alberta Arts district, McMenamins Kennedy School, or the shops and restaurants on NE Fremont and NE 42 Avenue. The area is bicycle friendly even by Portland standards.

Fast WIFI, full kitchen, HDTV, CATV, W/D. 2024 laminate; tile. Unusual perks: Well-lit, level, easy street parking. Quiet street. 15-20' to PDX 24/7. Walkable to SE Portland's best food, pubs, shops, etc.

Tall windows overlook greenery and a cozy porch. Our family's 1900 house has been divided into separate apartments. Its like an artsy hotel room, but much more homey!
