Easy access to downtown, 3 to 5 minute walk to two major bus lines that run late (one is 24 / 7). Close to beautiful Mt. Tabor Park. Please note I live in this property when not rented.

Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

You are the only ones who will enter through the front door, and you’ll have a reserved parking space in the double driveway.
