In a scenic valley an hour and a half south of Salt Lake City, this is a lovely quiet location to take advantage of the art and heritage of Spring City- climbing and hiking in the local canyons and quick access to Skyline Drive ATV trails. Within minutes of Snow College and the beautiful Manti temple.

The Farmhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, central heat & AC, gas fireplace & a two car garage. There's a big yard for kids to play & room to park ATVs & toy trailers .

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished basement apartment is a perfect place to stay while enjoying the fresh clean air of the country. Fully furnished kitchen and cozy wood stove. Also winter sports such as Skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and hunting! Beautiful Palisade Lake is located approximately 13 miles away. Playing at the lake or playing a round of golf are activities that can be enjoyed. We are located 2 blocks from Snow College, and 6 miles from the Manti temple.
