My Happy Place

This is a charming cottage with a pool and large outdoor area. It is located 3 minutes to both I26 and 526, a 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston and walking distance to North Charleston’s trendy, fun area. The Credit One Stadium on Daniel Island is a 10 minute drive, the Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island 15 minutes and North Charleston Colliseum 5 minutes. It is easy to get to all these places and there are many fun things to do in the Charleston/North Charleston/Daniel Island areas.

Ideal location to experience the charm of Charleston. This townhouse is quietly tucked away in Mt Pleasant, 10 minutes to downtown and minutes to all the beaches, shopping & dining in Mt Pleasant (Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, Shem Creek, Patriots Point etc). The airport is a close 15 minute drive also. If you feel like staying in, the house offers a second floor deck with spectacular views of the lake, smart TV for movie night, and a fire pit for a night in with a glass of wine.
