This place is amazing- absolutely what I expected based on the photos.

I felt inlove with the place specially the beach. Sheryll’s place was very nice, clean and feels like I’m home. Surely I’ll be getting back there.

i suggest to have a direct contact of the person who will assist the guest provided. mr. benito and the staff of pico were kind enough to prioritize me after i fall in line for almost an hour then found out that another form should be presented to them which should be provided by the rep of the airbnb i booked. i could say other than that the host was so helpfull. i still highly recommend the host. di kayo mauubusan ng mineral water haha.

The unit is very hotel-like -clean and spacious. It is very much the same as in the photos. The bed and furnishings are very comfy. The shower is also very nice and spacious. Glen who assisted us in our stay was very helpful and accommodating. If there are stuff to be improved, it would be the internet and the cable. There was no wifi router in the unit. There are no cable channels so we only watched movies on our phones. It would’ve been perfect if the owner can provide wifi considering the cost of the accommodation. But overall, the place and the location are perfect for those who wish to have a quick getaway from the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Areeya’s place and will definitely be back! The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, bigger than we expected. The free parking was a plus, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, so no need to wait for the shuttle. A special highlight was getting access to the exclusive beach club, thanks to Sir Al, and we also enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant. We arrived late and missed meeting the caretaker and Sir Al in person, but he was very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. A couple of small things for improvement: A quicker booking confirmation would be great, it took 18 hours, which felt a bit long since we booked last-minute. But after confirmation, everything went smoothly, and Mrs. Alvarez and Sir Al were very attentive. Also, the kitchen sink was a bit clogged, but nothing major. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to come back with family!

unit was spacious for 10 pax..nice view of the beach and pool from the balcony..complete appliances and utensils for cooking and eating..nice, comfortable mattresses and pillows..unit was cool and cozy with enough ACs and fans to stave off the heat..highly recommended!👍

The place is really beautiful and looks exactly as the picture shows. The host made sure that our requests are provided and easy to talk with. The room is tidy, peaceful and wide if you’re with a small family. My favorite part is the bed, which is so comfy and soft, and the balcony which is perfect for a quiet time. Thank you again! 🩷

first of all, our accommodation is nye. so, it's already hard to find a place that's not a hotel to book. so, thank you for letting my family stay and enjoy the nye and fire works that the club offers. here's a review from one of my family. Beautiful place! "Hotel-like condo" name really suits the place. Friendly host Ice cold AC, complete kitchen tools, free water, Smart TV, AND THERES A PS5 you can play! Great balcony view. Bathroom have some minor issues, but it works

The place was spot on! although with the occassional water shortage and intermittent wifi signal, the place was very clean, spacious and near the beach. Thank you ms Raquel for being a proactive host. Her response time was very prompt and was very patient on my queries. Definitely a must stay if you plan to spend your vacation at Pico de Loro

It was a beautiful place! Our family highly enjoyed our stay. The place was near both to the beach and country club. It has complete kitchen tools. Moreover, sir Joe, the owner, is beyond helpful. We appreciate his kindness in letting us borrow his cellphone charger as we left it at home. Kuya Al, the unit caretaker, also helped us w/ our luggages. So far one of our best airbnb stays!

Super Lage, alles was an Mariannes Möglichkeiten gelegen hat perfekt! Verbesserungsbedürftig sind die schlechte Internetverbindung, das zum großen Teil nicht vorhandene Mobilfunknetz und die mangelhafte Professionalität des Pico Managements in Bezug auf Trinkwasser während der Hochsaison!

we had a great time at Pico and planning to visit again on December (Hope to book Ms. nicole's accom again) shout out to our contact Alex, who waited for us patiently and Kuya rey/efren who assisted us immediately when we asked for extra blankets (we had only 1 blanket on the first night and used other bed sheets instead). I rated 4 star on cleanliness bec there were used clothes in one of the drawers and we saw cooking pots that were not washed properly (probably by the previous guests). I suggest that cookwares and other utensils should be checked first if were washed and cleaned properly by the prev guest before handing the room to the next. other than that, we enjoyed our stay at Ms. Nicole's unit :) Thank you.

The place is great! The condo comes with great interior design, kitchen equipped with useful tools and appliances, which a great help for us because we fond of making our own meals, the meal preparing time is our great gathering time Aircon are functioning well, heater is a bit challenging because the water temp is either very hot or not heated, but it didn’t matter, we were there during the hottest days of the year, we can take a bath even without heater. The staff is friendly and approachable

We waited 1hr for checkin and waited for jovelyn to process the check in and she didnt arrived or respond to our calls or texts The services is not complete there was no internet and 2 days we try to communicate with jovelyn and she didn’t respond We didnt saw jovelyn until checkout only You received the whole amount but not comply all services (internet)

My family enjoyed the trip and they are satisfied with the house. It’s super relaxing, it felt like home and it’s so much worth it. The Host is very considerate, kind and has a pleasing personality. I hope we can visit again. Highly recommended place! Thank you so much Mrs. Eva

It was a great stay at Ms. Ariza’s place! My family really enjoyed, we’re also able to cook our food there. The unit is so clean and spacious, and also the smell is so pleasant and relaxing that we felt like we wanna stay longer.

My 4th staycation in Pico. This place of Ms.Ayin is the BEST! Good for families..Balcony is so Big! Kitchen is Complete! Comfort room is big & clean with towels, tissue, hand soap. Don't stay for overnight here..make it 2 nights or more..won't regret it! really worth it.. The place was exactly as described. Our only suggestion is to fix the internet. It’s very slow and goes off and on.
