Beautiful 1 BR apartment available in scenic St. Phillip's. Relax and enjoy feeling like you are in the country while being minutes away from St John's. Our place is encircled by trees with a lovely brook flowing to the side of the apartment entrance. Very private and surrounded by nature; Bunnies, Blue Jays and Woodpeckers are frequent guests to the yard. Only 13 minute drive from the airport, 14 minutes from the Avalon mall and 5 minutes away from Rotary Sunshine Park.

Only 15 minutes from St. John's International Airport, about ten minutes to the hospitals, downtown St. John's, shopping centers, grocery stores and restaurants, and only minutes to movie theaters and beautiful walking and biking trails. Feel right at home in either a comfortable, spacious two-bedroom or an equally spacious bachelor apartment, complete with full bath, kitchen and living room. Churchill SQ Stunner. Close to everything!

I bought this house for its excellent location. Churchill square is literally adjacent in my backyard with plenty of parks, walking trails, grocery stores, MUN, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown all within walking distance. The property is on a quiet street in the middle of a busy area. The area is locally known as the 'golden triangle'.
