Cute and cosy Studio Apartment on the Rosny Waterfront. Clarence Foreshore walk and Bellerive Quay on your doorstep. Reserved off-street parking, key lock-box entry. Queen Bed, built-ins with storage/hanging space. Small Ensuite (shower and toilet), kitchenette with fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. 8 minute drive to Hobart CBD and easy access to Metro Buses and Derwent Ferry. 15 minutes to Hobart International Airport.
