Fantastic water views and only 5 km from the city, approximate 10 minute drive. There is a public bus stop 1 minute walk from flat. It's only 3 minutes drive to beautiful beaches (Nutgrove and Long Beach), 7 minute drive to main local shopping center (supermarkets, restaurants, chemist etc). 5 min drive to Uni of Tas.
