Lovely apartment style unit ideal for comfort and relaxation for up to 2 guests. SLTDA registered. It's on Beach Road, Mount Lavinia, 100m away from the famous Mount Lavinia Beach. All shops, banks, restaurants are walking distance. The room has an attached bathroom, kitchen and dining space, giving a studio apartment vibe. It is on the 1st Floor of our home with guest access through an external stairway within the property. Hosts are always available on the ground floor.

9th floor , comfortable , well equipped apartment with spectacular sea / beach views taking in the iconic Mount Lavinia hotel too. Watch the sunset each evening and the fishermen setting off in the early morning. This apartment has been recently redecorated to a high standard. Air conditioning is throughout. Or if you prefer, the sea breeze is constant as well as there are ceiling fans in all rooms. A ‘home away from home’ , this apartment won’t disappoint you.
