Good for couples or solo adventurers. Hypoallergenic, no pet rentals. Older 1970's style condo, has a few recent upgrades,. Very Clean, quiet, basic accommodations with everything you need. It Is not new construction , deluxe or luxurious. Geared toward the Budget traveler. Convenient, quick and easy 24- hour self check-in. No keys to pick up, just go to directly to the condo and get settled in. Located on the mountain in MT Crested Butte, approximately 3 miles from down town Crested Butte.

Affordable comfort close to trails, slopes & town!

Our stylish, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed condo is a perfect spot for guests enjoying the area's many activities and wanting a nice, fully stocked home base (with hot tub!). Fantastic location: walking distance to the Mt. CB base-area's dining, great coffee and amenities. World class skiing, mountain biking and hiking trails nearby. Gorgeous Crested Butte Home with Amazing Views

Views, views, views! Our house is nestled into the base of Mount Crested Butte on a quiet cul-de-sac. In the summer, it has an adjacent field of wild flowers; in the winter the ski shuttle bus stop is right in front of the house. Enjoy epic sunsets from the hot tub on the deck. Downstairs has 1 bedroom, upstairs has 2 bedrooms. Sleeps 8 w/futon bed in the master bedroom. Privacy and comfort, semi-secluded while still close to town and world class mountain biking.

Beautiful House Steps to the resort! Dog Friendly!

This charming home is located in Mt. Crested Butte and is a short 5-10 minute walk to world class skiing/mountain biking at Mt. Crested Butte Resort! Winter Ski shuttle pick-up to the resort picks up at the driveway! Access to back country hiking and bike trails minutes from the house. If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will find it within 10-20 minutes of the house. This is a beautiful place to spend any season of the year. STR License: 301512
