This apartment is situated just meters from the boardwalk that accesses Marcoola Beach, being an easy 5 minute walk. Combined living and kitchen area, separate bedroom, bathroom, and a balcony to catch the morning sun. Single garage provides secure parking up to medium sized vehicle. The home is not a shared space, has it's own address, street frontage, and is not located in a unit complex.

Take in the fantastic mountain view from your private balcony after a morning at the beach. The local airport is 15mins drive away and bus stop is a short flat walk.
