The Blue Barn

A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

The West Wing 1616 in Northants

Stay in a fully self-contained wing of our beautiful historic Grade 2 listed family home dating back to 1616 and mentioned in Pevsner’s Guide. Arranged over 2 floors and with a separate entrance, you have your own kitchen and living room with space for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms in a quiet Northamptonshire village. There is private parking and we are perfectly positioned with excellent transport links via the A14, M1 and M6 for you to head out to enjoy the lovely countryside around us.

The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. Characterful garden cottage

The Cottage is newly refurbished. It offers a blend of modern facilities with country charm and comfort for 2 people. The Cottage sits right next to our house with private parking outside the front door. Please note it is part of our property not a private space. We spend a lot of time tending our garden so are always around to help and offer information on the area. The village is well supplied with shops, pubs, restaurants and take aways. We are not set up for babies or children sadly.

Our best kept secret is Northamptonshire - 'the county of squires and spires'. An Ideal base for working locally: hotels can be too impersonal. Nearest rail, Wellingborough. Host lives next door.
