Cosy Apartment Near the Waterfront. Alt Power.

The apartment is ideal for couples, solo-, or business travelers. It is located on the top (2nd floor) of the building - which allows terrific views of the seafront. No elevator, stairs only Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the apartment building. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. The area is a seaside treasure, conveniently situated within walking distance of many major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 25 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient MyCiTi Bus public service, the Three Anchor Bay bus stop is 200 m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 200 m from apartment. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Please be considerate of your neighbours - keep noise level minimum between 22:00 - 07:00.

Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms

Cape Town at its best!

My homely one bedroom apartment is not modern, but it is clean and comfortable. It is on the beach road looking out towards Robben Island where you can see dolphins and if you're lucky, a whale or two. It is an easy walk to the V&A Waterfront (1,5km) and trendy restaurants as well as being on the MyCiti and City Sightseeing bus routes. It is close to the buzzing city, the Cape Town stadium and spectacular beaches! If you're looking for a modern hotel-like experience, my apartment is not for you.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and dryer machine. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with both tub & shower, flat-screen TV. The lounge and master bedroom facing the beautiful ocean view and bring lots of natural light into these areas. Wifi- backup (Power-Station Dock). Popular points of interest are the boardwalk of Mouille Point, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Soccer Stadium, The lighthouse, and many eateries just walking distance.

The apartment is situated in Mouille Point overlooking the beachfront promenade, close to V & A Waterfront, restaurants, Greenpoint Urban park and transport. With sea views and well positioned. Walk, jog, cycle along the promenade or relax and enjoy the sea air. There are many activities and amenities in close proximity to the apartment viz. Hiring of bikes, kayaking in the sea, putt putt, walks on the beachfront promenade, beautiful urban park, ice cream parlor, many good restaurants.

Sea Chi: Wake Up to Wave-Scented Air & Ocean Views

This sublime little studio apartment is a celebration of life's simple pleasures - lying in bed and listening to the ocean; reading stretched out on the couch; movie night on the sofa bed. It's also ideal for remote work with its strong and uncapped fibre wifi. Step out your door onto the Promenade and its a very short stroll away from the V&A, Green Point Park, the Oranjezicht Market...not to mention the coffee shops, the restaurants, the beaches and mountains.
